By using PaddleClub.org or submitting data through the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your Submissions

By submitting data to PaddleClub, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, aggregate, and publish that data — in anonymized form — for advocacy, research, reporting, and any other purpose related to promoting pickleball infrastructure.

You represent that all information you submit is truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to remove or disregard submissions we believe to be fraudulent or misleading.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

PaddleClub is a data collection and advocacy platform. Submitting a datapoint does not guarantee any specific outcome, including the construction of pickleball courts or any action by any government body. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding results.

Programs & Partnerships

From time to time, PaddleClub may offer optional programs, promotions, or partnerships. Participation in any such program may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of enrollment. These terms will govern any conflict between the two.

Changes & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice. We may update these terms periodically — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaddleClub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided here.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
